Little Gem

Little Gem (or sucrine) is a member of the Cos/Romaine family. The head is a small, short conical shape, with tight, small pale green leaves. It is not as crisp as a romaine and has thicker texture of leaf. It also has a sweet flavour with a hint of walnut. The natural uniform sizes of the leaves make them ideal for sandwiches. Packaging
