Iceberg

Iceberg is a variety of crisphead lettuce and the most commonly demanded lettuce in the UK. It has a round tight head of compact leaves which change in colour from pale white inner leaves to green outer leaves. Its popularity is derived from its crunchy texture, mild flavour and ability to carry strong dressings proving it to be a salad staple.
